GAIOLA

“Gaiola” is the name of this whimsical cocktail created by Alex Frezza, bartender and owner of the L'Antiquario bar in Naples. Served in the Elixir glass with its elegant decanter, it amazes with the combination of whiskey, beer, citrus notes and hints of smoked wood.

Ingredients:

• 45ml Glenfiddich IPA Cask Whisky
• 30 ml Cocchi Americano
• 10 ml Lager beer syrup.
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• Pine wood smoking
• Garnish: Beer cherry and orange peel

Preparation:
Mix and strain: mix the ingredients in a mixing glass in a not too long way and pour into the Elixir tumbler, finally garnishing with cherry and orange peel.
