Refund policy
We do not have an obligation to provide a refund or replacement solely based on a change of mind.
However, you have the option for a refund or exchange if the item presents a major problem. A major problem is defined as follows:
- The item has a flaw significant enough that it would have deterred someone from purchasing it had they been aware.
- The item is unsafe.
- The item is notably different from the provided sample or description.
- The item fails to perform as promised or as per your specifications, and cannot be easily rectified.
Alternatively, you can opt to retain the item, and we will compensate you for any decrease in its value.
For issues that are not considered major, we commit to repairing the item within a reasonable timeframe. If the repair is not completed within a reasonable time, you have the choice of a refund or replacement. Please ensure to retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt.
It is important to note that, for health reasons, opened packages containing earrings will not be accepted for return.
