Once dispatched, we can try our best to redirect your parcel but cannot be held responsible if shipping details are not entered correctly during checkout. Only free shipping is available on all Cattle & Horse Brand Jewellery, gift cards and anything being collected in store.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Rest easy! We'll look after you - that's our job after all! We can probably count on one hand the total times an order has ever arrived damaged! If this does happen to your package, please provide photo evidence and further information, and we will fix the situation for you wherever possible.
